Job Description

We have an Ocean Export Coordinator position available at a top Freight Forwarding company in the County.  This position will be responsible for coordinating shipments to ensure that the clients expectations are met.  

Position Details will include 
Receiving and editing of export orders
Preparing all necessary documents for export orders
Prepares and manages international export documents 
Arranges shipments 
Customer Service both internally and externally

Requirements
Previous Ocean Export experience is required 
Experience with Letters of Credit is a plus
Knowledge of movement of freight via air and/or ocean 
Strong computer skills including MS Outlook and Excel

Hours will be Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5pm 
Pay range between $22 and $25 per hour
